But for me, baking is about more than just technique. After years of moving and experiencing new places, I wanted to create something uniquely my own—a project that could travel with me, reflecting my passion wherever I land. I am proud to combine the discipline of my professional training with the soulful, creative freedom that comes from being self-taught.
